To keep the festival identity cohesive for that year, we created a comprehensive signage system for the festival. The signage design featured the same bold illustrations, earthy color palette, and custom typography, ensuring consistency across all event touchpoints. Our work included sponsor signage that integrated branding seamlessly while maintaining the festival’s aesthetic, as well as vendor signage that enhanced wayfinding and boosted visibility for attendees. Each piece was designed to be functional and visually engaging, reinforcing Bear Shadow’s rustic, adventurous vibe while ensuring smooth navigation throughout the event. This cohesive signage strategy not only elevated the festival experience but also provided meaningful exposure for sponsors and vendors.

For Bear Shadow’s second-year festival, we designed a vibrant and eclectic poster that built upon the festival's visual identity while introducing fresh elements to engage both new and returning attendees. The poster features a playful mix of bold illustrations inspired by music, nature, and the local culture, arranged in a dynamic, collage-like layout. Custom typography and a warm, earthy color palette reflect the festival’s rustic charm while maintaining brand consistency. This design not only serves as an informative tool, with the year’s lineup, but also acts as a collectible piece, enhancing Bear Shadow’s presence and anticipation for the event.

Building on the festival’s poster design, we transformed its visual elements into a cohesive merchandise collection for Bear Shadow. By carrying over the playful illustrations, earthy color palette, and bold typography, we developed a range of apparel and accessories that embody the festival’s spirit. Each item, from t-shirts and hoodies to hats and stickers, reflects the event’s adventurous, rustic vibe while ensuring brand consistency. The merchandise was designed to function as both wearable keepsakes and a reinforcement of the festival's identity. This seamless integration between poster and merchandise design ensured a unified brand presence across all touchpoints, enhancing the attendee experience and the festival's overall impact.

Drawing from the artwork we created for that year’s festival poster, we extended the graphic elements—playful illustrations and earthy, bold patterns—onto the stage backdrop. The cohesive design featured a mix of music-inspired symbols, natural motifs, and local cultural references, creating a visually engaging backdrop that amplified the festival’s unique atmosphere. We designed a comprehensive credential system to ensure seamless access and organization throughout the festival. Our work included creating laminated passes for crew, media, and all-access personnel, each with distinct designs that maintained brand consistency while offering clear visual identification. In addition to laminates, we developed wristbands for various attendee levels, using color-coding and custom graphics to enhance both functionality and style. To further promote the festival’s identity, we designed branded stickers as fun, collectible items for guests. By combining practical elements with cohesive design, the credentials and accessories reflected the festival’s adventurous spirit while keeping operations running smoothly.
